            We specialize in NC-Style BBQ, Chicken, Ribs, Beef Brisket, & all the traditional                    Southern Side Dishes. We smoke our meats over a mix of Hickory & a secret wood for                long  hours at consistent, low temperatures.  All of our meats are Dry Rubbed and served              with both Traditional NC Vinegar Sauces on the side.  It’s truly a regional specialty                 that is difficult to find outside this area and will provide you and your guests a true                                                                 taste of what NC is known for! 

 

                       Each catering comes w/ your choice of Meat(s), choice of 2 Side Dishes,               

             *Sandwich Buns*, Sauces, Tea & Ice.    Disposable Chafing Racks, Plates, Wares,                 Cups  all included.  Minimum of 25 people required.  You can always do a bulk pick-up             for parties smaller than 25.  Delivery charge (Includes set up) is $25 in Wilmingto  or $3 per             mile one way to the surrounding area from our kitchen address of 5424 Oleander Dr.

                        Side Choices:  Baked Beans, Green Beans, Slaw, Potato Salad, Sweet Kernel                  Corn (off cob), Corn on the Cobb, Mixed Vegetables, Boiled Potatoes, Mac-N-Cheese,                               Mashed Potatoes, Chocolate Pudding, Banana Pudding.

                                                     Additional Sides are $1.75/person

 

       Appetizer Trays are available and Range $30-35 per tray (feeds 25). The favorites are the         Pimento Cheese Drop Biscuit Tray and our Lil Smokie’s Tray with our Award Winning Rib      

     Sauce. We also do Fruit Trays, Veggie Trays so just tell us what you like! We can also do                   assorted Desert Cobblers, Cakes, Puddings, Brownies or Cookies. Just ask!

 

           Delivery & Set-up is exactly as it sounds!  We deliver the food in disposable dishes,                   help set-up your eating area with everything and the rest is up to you. Everything is                   disposable and easy clean up and you will have pans for leftovers, if you have any!!!!                                                         Order extra for snacks later!

         We can of course make some changes to this basic menu and we offer other meats                    such as Smoked Burgers, Smoked Steaks, Prime-Rib, Turkey, Hams, and more. Prices                       depend on market value and times so just ask and we will make it happen!

We supply the        tables  and Black Cloth Linens and setup    Black Wrought Iron Chafing Racks along      with matching Drink Station and decorate              with a little Southern Charm.

Heavy           Duty white disposable plates, clear cups,     HD napkins with silver disposable wares      all included.
